A message from the Balboa Island Improvement Association – 2022 Parade Committee

Parade begins at 11AM on Marine Ave. After-party starts immediately following the parade in front of the Fire Station.

An Island tradition filled with Children on Bikes, Island Dogs, Decorated Golf Carts and Floats, Horses, Vintage Cars, USC Marching Band and Song Girls, United States Marine Band, Keystone Cops, Drill Teams, Marching School Bands, Local Dignitaries and much more!

It’s been two years and this year will be the best! We hope that all streets on the Island will take part in our 27th year and enter a float of some type. The parade is all about our great lifestyle and the families who live here. It’s a wonderful family event and your participation is so important to the success. Sure, it’s fun to watch, but it’s even more fun to be in the Parade, so this year get with your neighbors and friends and be part of the Parade. We have had great success with our golf cart parade and we would love to see more Island folks join in the fun of being in the Parade. So grab your cowboy hats, dust off your cowboy boots, and join us for a fund day on the island!
