One of the best things about Balboa Island is the community involvement with holiday decorations. Halloween is truly a fun time to explore. In the past, I stuck to the bayfront perimeter, but this year I really enjoyed strolling all of the interior streets. While you are down, make sure you get some food, drinks and holiday shopping done on Marine Avenue!
